1. We process order 2 times a day with the cut off time 12:00nn and 4:00pm daily. If you order after the last cut off time, item will be shipped ony the next working day.
2. All items must be paid in full before we process the delivery.
3. We use Poslaju, J&T Express and ABX Expredd courier service for all delivery to West and East Malaysia. The delivery charges will be shown once you check out your purchase in the shopping cart.
4. For International order, we ship via TNT express (Economy express currently not available due to COVID-19).
